Once you are happy with your menu and quote, pay a deposit of 50% to book your chef.
I had the extreme pleasure of having Chef Pete cater my events on several occasions. He is extremely punctual and exceptionally great. His knowledge of the kitchen and all of its surroundings are superb. His flexibility with dishes as well as desserts are a rare commodity.
