Wonderful baked goods... lemon squares, brownies, chocolate chip cookies and cranberry coffee cake. His turkey and stuffing is out of this world as is his brisket........no wonder I never cook!! Once you are happy with your menu and quote, pay a deposit of 50% to book your chef.
I had the extreme pleasure of having Chef Pete cater my events on several occasions. He is extremely punctual and exceptionally great. His knowledge of the kitchen and all of its surroundings are superb. His flexibility with dishes as well as desserts are a rare commodity. In short I strongly suggest that you use Chef Pete for all of your catering and baking needs.
