Most chefs dream of working in a Michelin-starred restaurant just once in their careers. This one has worked in four.

Kicking off his career with an internship at Antoine, a one Michelin-starred restaurant in Paris, Chef Thomas was part of the team that helped prepare the restaurant’s chef for the prestigious “Le Meilleur Ouvrier de France,” a competition held every four years that’s considered by many to the be the Olympics of the French culinary world.

From there he enjoyed stints at Epicure, the restaurant at Paris’ legendary Le Bristol hotel, the historic Louis Carton—thought to be one of the first gourmet restaurants in Paris—and even 200-year-old catering company Potel et Chabot.

Perhaps his most challenging test, however, was his time spent as a private chef for Parisian families, a group that is legendarily discerning, to say the least! It was that time that truly prepared him for his work today. Used to accommodating strict diets, daily and weekly menus, large and small parties, Chef Thomas can bring true French cooking to your table, no matter what the restrictions or the size of your party. From intimate dinner parties to large events, from Keto-inspired meals to decadent French pastries, his food is sophisticated, creative, and true. We have a feeling it won’t be long before he has his own Michelin star!
