Sometimes, you can just see greatness coming. Take Chef Thomas, who has worked in no less than four Michelin-starred restaurants.

Beginning with an internship at famed Paris eatery Antoine, he worked his way through some of the most legendary, award-winning kitchens of the city. Now in the states, he brings his traditional French cooking to Angelenos, modifying his dishes to accommodate any dietary restriction. One bite and you’ll know: it’s only a matter of time before Michelin comes calling with the news of his own star.
