Create the menu you desire in collaboration with Chef Joey and embark on a culinary journey that you will fantasize about for days after you have experienced it. You and your guests can spend the evening laughing, and savoring an aperitif as he prepares and serves your meal. This experience can be customized to your specifications. Additionally, each person will be able to choose from at least two options per course to ensure that each one of your guests enjoys a feast created specifically to tantalize their individual, unique palate. Your experience will begin with traditional antipasti, and pasta courses that segue into main dishes with selections of seafood, poultry, meats, and vegetarian options, plenty of side dishes according to your preferences. Finally, Chef Joey will conclude your meal with one of his delectable desserts.

Hi Joey. I wanted to thank you so much for such a wonderful job on Sunday. I can’t even tell you how many people thought the food and service was perfection. Having been a caterer for almost 15 years, I was truly happy with everything you did and your service. Thank you again. I wanted to give you wine but I didn’t have a chance to say goodbye. You also left ice cream in the freezer which I ate some of tonight. My husband thought you had such great energy as well and he doesn’t really talk like that. So thank you again.
