Chef’s selection of cow, sheep, & goat cheeses, drowned in honey & lemon curd, brie en croute, with olives, fruits, nuts, crackers, & crostini

Charcuterie Board
Chef’s selection of cured & smoked meats with pâte, olives, nuts, fruits, cornichons, mustard, crostini, & baguette

Tagliere Board
Chef Joey Giorgianni’s Signature Board with Italian salumi, cow, sheep, and goat cheeses, handmade lemon curd, honey comb, fruit pastes, fresh and dried fruits, nuts, olives, cornichons, and all the accoutrements including marinated garbanzo beans, giant beans, sweet drop peppers, cherry peppers, fire roasted bell peppers, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomato, olive paste, tapenade, mustard, crackers, crostini, and baguette

Sicula Bedda Pesce Crudo
Chef’s selection of home made cured seafoods including selections such as house made lemon dill salmon gravlax, Sicilian marinated anchovies, ahi tuna tartare, pescespada carpaccio, tuna carpaccio, branzino ceviche, & marinated octopus served with  grilled bread

Antipasti Platter
Chef’s selection of handmade appetizers including items such as arancini, bocconcini (little mouth fulls), polpette (meat balls), ripieni (stuffed morsels), torte, & crostini

Organic, non-GMO ingredients, California produce grass fed beef & dairy, cage free poultry, sustainable seafood.


I will bring everything required to cook but you are responsible for dinnerware and the rest. Don't have enough? Ask for rentals.

Clean Up

The chef will make sure the kitchen is spotless,  all equipment and surfaces are clean.

Hi Joey. I wanted to thank you so much for such a wonderful job on Sunday. I can’t even tell you how many people thought the food and service was perfection. Having been a caterer for almost 15 years, I was truly happy with everything you did and your service. Thank you again. I wanted to give you wine but I didn’t have a chance to say goodbye.
